The conference will be held at INSA (Indian National Science Academy)  Auditorium , ITO , New Delhi, India.

The venue is located near the intersection of Bahadur Shah Zafar Road and Deen Dayal Upadhyay Road, not far from Pragati Maidan Metro station.
The area is known as ITO (Income Tax Office).
