Organized by Scientific Analysis Group (SAG) and Delhi University under the aegis of Cryptology Research Society of India (CRSI), India.

The conference will be held at INSA ( Indian National Science Academy)  Auditorium , ITO , New Delhi, India, from December 13th to 16th 2009.

Accepted contributions will appear in a volume of the LNCS series of Springer.

The mission is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Cryptology to a common forum, where a constructive dialog on theoretical concepts, practical ideas and results of the state of the art technology will be developed.

Subject to sufficient bookings from the participants, a post-conference tour to Agra may be arranged on 17th December 2009. Further Details will be available at the conference.
